When you submit your new client application form!
I'll review your answers to determine the package that will best fit your needs. You'll receive a welcome email that includes instructions on how to schedule online.
Be on the lookout for that email, and don't worry, I'm here if you need me!

The Day of Your Appointment
Signifies the beginning of a beautiful friendship!
I'll greet you when you walk in and we'll jump into one of my favorite parts of the appointment - The Consultation!
We'll start off by discussing:
- Your hair goals
- What your hair will actually do
- Problems that you've had in the past
- What you currently like and dislike about your hair
- And your expectations so that we're on the same page!Lastly, we'll talk about your maintenance plan, long-term hair goals, and how to best support your hair at home so you can keep it looking and feeling its best!

Curly & Color Friends
Curly or Straight cuts will be customized to your face shape, lifestyle, and overall goals. Naturally curly styling tips and tricks are shared, and extended styling lessons are always available so you can practice and perfect the curly techniques!
Color formulas are custom blended and recorded in your file so it's always ready!
We also have an assortment of snacks & beverages to enjoy, as well as free wifi to keep you comfortable (or productive) during your visit!
